Did you take your vitamins today?
You know what? Sometimes I forget to take my vitamins! I try to take them with breakfast and dinner - but by the time I get the kids fed and one off to school - I find myself cleaning up dishes, getting the other two dressed and before I know it - I didn't even have breakfast. But now it's 10am and lunch is at 11am. So then, do I take them on an empty stomach? I have found the answer to be no as it can make me a bit queezy. Does this saga sound familiar? I do try to set them out and all that jazz, but it always seems I am doing something for someone else and just forget to take care of myself. But - here's the deal. If I don't take care of myself, I will likely not be around to take care of my kids. There is too much heart disease and cancer in my family to take chances. So - starting right now (when I go upstairs) I will take my dinner pills (dinner was 2 hours ago) and get out tomorrow's set. What is my point? Take your vitamins - and don't let LIFE get in the way.
